Adventurer’s Note: Due to hygiene reasons, air mattresses and camp bedding can only be returned if unopened in their original packaging. All other gear is returnable within 15 days of receipt.

Step 2: Package Your Gear

Once approved, repackage the item(s) with:

  • All original packaging and tags
  • Include the packing slip or a note with your order number
  • For exchanges, specify the replacement item

Step 3: Ship It Back

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective items.

Exchanges
