Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind a well-built campfire. If your purchase doesn’t meet your wilderness expectations, we’ll make it right.
Important Hygiene Notice:
Due to hygiene reasons, air mattresses and camp bedding can only be returned if unopened in their original packaging. All other gear is returnable within 15 days of receipt.

Step 2: Package Your Gear
Once approved, repackage the item(s) with:
- All original packaging and tags
- Include the packing slip or a note with your order number
- For exchanges, specify the replacement item
Step 3: Ship It Back
Send your return package to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective items.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
- Expedited shipping options available for faster turnaround
